The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Accessible controlled banking

Absolutely no complaints

Finally closed my Barclays account that I have had since the mid-90s. In order to close it I had to go in to the nearest branch to change my address (we in the middle of last year). This took a good long wait! With Starling everything is remote. I particularly like the security surrounding large payments that I have made and the really swift response on those occasions. Best bank ever

Love this bank have been with them about 18 months you do everything on there app. Like putting a hold on your account if you have lost your car I did that today. You can call 24/7 and speak to a real person that speaks excellent English if you can’t solve the problem yourself on the app. I has spaces as well so you can put you bill money into it and all your direct debit’s for out of the space. This helps you to know what money you have left every month after your bills. 100% would recommend Starling to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022
