Exceeding Expectations

To attract new customers, companies routinely raise the bar of expectation so high that new clients are destined to be underwhelmed by the product or service once they begin to use it. My experience of Starling bank from day one has been the very opposite of that opening caricature, Starling bank have routinely exceed my expectation and every transaction I attempted has been successful despite initial pessimism. Excellent and efficient.

Starling have really impressed me with their user friendly intuitive package, from apps to customer service. They have cleared the deadwood cluttering the processes and clunky procedures of the high street banks and feel like a breath of fresh air. So easy to use

Easy peasy banking

Right from the start it was easy. The application and transfer was a breeze. The app keeps me informed instantly of each transaction and I use the savings spaces to keep bills separated so I know exactly how much money is free for treats etc. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Life Changing

Banking made easy

Using Starling Bank App I feel I have a control over my finances. User friendly and intuitive UI makes it easy to use. I very much appreciate features like: Card Contactless Limit or Paying Bills from Saving Spaces. Their customer service was very responsive and helpful too and they helped me to resolve my issue within a few days even though it was Xmas holiday period.
