The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Works with you

Absolutely the best bank account I have ever used and would recommend!

I have been with Starling since 13/09/2020. I have made full use of my current account with every option and capability, I have Multiple Saving pots for regular expenses like transport to and from College everyday, my weekly Bills such as rent, my Spotify subscription, phone bill and other online gaming subscriptions. I have a second space card that I give to relatives or friends that need it in case of emergencies. I have always had good experiences with the Starling Team, especially the customer service group, I've had all issues fixed and I will 100% confidently recommend Starling Bank to anyone who wants to Bank with Simplicity and ease. I never thought I would be passionate supporter and customer of a bank until I joined Starling Bank!

Starling Bank and its current accounts are brilliant. From its user-friendly website and apps, to the friendly customer service team who are always there to help - Starling Bank provides 5-star service across the board. The design team knock EVERYTHING out of the park - having beautifully designed cards and sites definitely help to create a great banking experience. Starling Bank provides great returns on investment and knowing that you are part of a community bank with great ethics is the icing on the cake.
