The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank I have ever been with

In my time I have held various bank accounts but still continue to be very impressed with the features and security of my account. On the very rare occasion I have had to deal with customer service they have been quick and efficient in solving my problems Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Never looking back!

I opened an account with Starling in September 2021 and I’ve never been happier with my banking! It’s super accessible on the app, and the ‘spaces’ are incredible! I have it set so that whenever I spend money, the amount is rounded up to the next pound and the excess it added into a space that I’m using to save up for things coming up this year. So quick and simple!

Everything you need, love the spaces, bill paying etc. Had similar thing with Intelligent Finance for around 20 years, but this is so inaccessible. About time there was a product like this, I'd give it 110%. Fantastic Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

great bank and better than the old fashion banks.

Brilliant banking service and apo

Moved over to Starling about 12 months ago. The app is very useful. Much more intuitive than the one I had from a high street bank. Paying bills and etc is made easy and straightforward, no messing around with card readers, numerous authorisation steps. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
