The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Practical, Simple does the job right

From easiness to fetch documents, to straighforward saving boxes, starling just gives me what I want from a current account. I love the minimalist UI and find the experience much more reliable, and intuitive when compared to Revolut or Monzo, both of which I have held accounts in. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
