The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank ever so far

Gone are the days one has to spend money and time to visit a physical bank and queue, time better spent on a healthy lifestyle. Starling is transparent, the app is fluid, easy to use, and if needed, the in app chat works well! Queries get resolved promptly and ultimately the customer is supported. I like the various account incentives and round ups - saving without me thinking about it, then opening to a surprise holiday stash! Starling has been my best bank in 55 years! They are amazing!!

I love my new bank! It’s so easy to set up and it’s so smooth and I absolutely love the fact that I can pay my bills through a side account (the spaces) and that’s not shown in my normal balance and it automatically sends the money through on the day it needs to be paid.
