The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Giving me easy management of my money

Excellent bank. So easy to set up an account and a user friendly app with so many useful and relevant features such as Saving Spaces, Flexible Contactless Limits and real time notifications. I am able to move my money instantly from my Saving Spaces, set up direct debits and standing orders quickly and see at a glance where my money is going each month on the pie chart (for example travel, shopping etc). Easy to use and secure
