The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

The best banking user experience I have ever encountered

The ease of use, clarity of information, clean user interface, and speed of notifications is above and beyond any other banking experience. I have been using online banking since 2002 (the early days of Cahoot) and to my mind Starling is the cleanest, easiest, and most informative banking experience I have had to date. Best bank ever

Reliably easy.

Fantastic and modern approach to banking!

Starling Bank has made my life so much easier, with everything I need on my phone I have found it so much easier to budget and stay on track of my money. My partner and I also have a joint account with Starling which has been equally as brilliant, we love that we get notifications when we spend and we can stay on top of our money and savings so easily. It's made us feel really connected with our money and each other. As this is the first joint bank account either of us has had, we are so glad we chose Starling and are really pleased with how it is helping our money work for us individually and in our relationship. 100% recommend!!
