The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

No fuss banking

Easy

I have a few bank accounts all with apps, I recommend starling bank as its easy to use, simple actions to make payments, the rainy day accounts section is brilliant for taking money out of the main account and keeping to one side, Customer service excellent, I sent a cheque in with no account details and on contacting them with in the same day of receiving this cheque we verified it was mine, it was it was posted to my account and cleared, cant fault them Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

The future of banking

Switched to Starling about a year and a half ago, and it's so much easier to manage my money and know where I stand each month! Being able to use my card abroad without fees and know I can freeze the card if it ever gets stolen is really reassuring, and I love that Starling are continuing to develop the app to be more intuitive and provide the features their customers are asking for.
