The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy, safe, innovative Banking.

Starling is my secondary current account. Easy to apply, easy to use and has some really useful features in the app that makes my life easier. The adjustment that I can make to the contactless amount is really good and love the in app card details screen. Recommended!! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Starling Current Account - amazingly good

Everything is so well designed, easy, and 'can-do' that I can't think why I persevered for so long with the poor service, rigid rules, charges, and hopeless call centre from my previous bank. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

A bank that has evolved

Starling provides the experience customers in 2022 would expect to have with a bank. With so many advancements brought by technology in so many areas of our life banks seem to be behind the curve with the exception of Startling. They have so many features that make life easy and completely erase the need to visit a branch which I find revolutionary. I keep recommending Startling to everyone I meet. Does everything I want!

Been with Starling now a little over a year and ant see myself going anywhere else.. the app is brilliant and simple to use, spaces are brilliant for holding money out of your main account without actually having to set up numerous accounts. The app is simple to move and with the new “pay your bills out of a space” it means I can set aside what I need to for certain bills and know that what’s left in my account is mine to spend. A truly digital bank for today's mobile customer!

I'm 67 and have used banking apps since they were launched. Having looked at 'others', I believe Starling is still the only truly digital bank with a mobile app banking app designed to be reactive to the needs of its customers and the evolution of the market. It's not likely I would recommend Starling to friends and family, I have already done so. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
