The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Amazing bank , never looked back

Genius

I love the bills place where you can stash money like under the mattress but safer! And the saving pockets you can hide money but I am emergency grab it back immediately. And text notifications when I’ve been paid. Really handy. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Best bank I've ever used

What's more to say, hands down the best banking service and app in the UK. It's so much easier to manage the finances when you have clear overview of money coming in and out, able to categorise it all and create dedicated pots for different needs like bills and savings. Easy to use and ethical practices

I find Starling very easy to use, with good overview of what's going on in my account, immediate views of spending and the Spaces concept is excellent for keeping money away from the main spending. I also appreciate their approach to ethical practices and DEI. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
