The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy to use and great customer service

Starling bank has truly been a life saver! I discovered this bank and everything is truly so easy to use and the customer service is so efficient responding your queries. At last a Bank that is not complicated!

Great 24/7 customer support. They were quick in helping me with my situation. It may sound silly but it makes things easier when you are in contact with real humans. Secure messages before accessing your account, Starling makes sure your personal data is safe. I cannot say the same for other neo bank competitors. As UX Designer, I can say the app is simple to use, which is difficult to achieve in itself. I also enjoy the breakdown of my spending per category. Well done! I find the desktop account login very useful when planning my finance. It is more comfortable to the key than looking at your phone. Reviewed on: 13th January 2022

Great account and app

Well, I cannot speak for their customer service, because I haven't had to use it! No problems at all with this bank. The app for my current account lets me do everything I need. The gold standard of personal banking

Starling is a breath of fresh air when it comes to personal banking. Their highly intuitive app lets me spend and save with flexibility and complete control. Their customer service is responsive, quick and helpful. Starling really understands their customers' needs and wants when it comes to banking, and I couldn't imagine going back to any of my old banks.
