The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Faultless Service

Companion card

I needed to support my mother, who turns 98 next month. She still shops for herself but now has difficulty getting cash out. Starling provide a unique and perfect solution. I keep a 'shopping' space in my account, funded by her, and she uses the card when shopping. Works perfectly. Reviewed on: 6th January 2022

Simple yet Sophisticated

Since changing to a Starling current account I have felt so much more in control of my finances. The recent development of being able to pay bills from spaces has revolutionised my account and has made life so much easier when calculating how much spending money we have in the joint account.
