The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Reluctant to solve issues

Modern, accessible banking fit for the 21st century

When I looked to switch from a bank whom classed themselves as a challenger bank (nothing of the sort!), Starling Bank fitted three bill and then some! 24/7 customer service that was empathetic and willing to go above and beyond for their customers’ needs gets a glowing recommendation from me! Long time customer

I love Starling's current account, it's what I gauge all my other current accounts against (and they fail pretty miserably against it). I have recommended them to many people and had a good few people get themselves an account having seen the app on my phone and they have also loved the ease and simplicity of it all. Amazing Bank!

Had an account with Starling for a year and a half and it is amazing. They are consistently adding new features to their app and most recently their amazing bills spaces which has helped so much with my budgeting. Fantastic service from a 21st century bank

Best First Bank Account

I have never had a back account before, and my Starling current account is my first one. The simplicity, features, design of the app and great exchange rates when shopping abroad make it all I could ever ask for with a bank account, and I will definitely be sticking with Starling in the years to come.
