The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank I've ever been with.

I have been with four other banks since I was 16 however Starling is by far the best. Wether its their 24/7 customer service, their brilliant app or the fact I can pay in cash using the Post Office, which makes its so much more convenient as my old bank closed my local branch. IMO The best

Never thought running my bank account could be enjoyable but it is with Starling. Saving is so easy I've done more of it and when I needed to speak to them in person it was quick and easy to get through and the help I needed fast and accurate. Reviewed on: 6th January 2022

The best bank yet!

Best bank ever.

I must have banked with half a dozen banks in my life. Starling is the best bank I have used. I particularly like the notifications whenever money goes in or out of the account and the process for paying in cheques (send a photo). Reviewed on: 6th January 2022
