The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy to use App

They have made banking so easy. Notifications on monies received and quick access to all areas of managing a bank account. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Everything you need without all the fees

I used to use monzo as my main account, during beta they were great, however they have slowly introduced all the fees of a high Street Bank, without physical locations. So i switched to starling, and I'm glad I did! They hold customers in every decision that is made! Just check the CEOs Twitter, customer focused, as she answers the tweets herself! Smart Hassle-free Banking

Easy banking

The app is so easy to use, well laid out with all the information you need. Fun way to save money using spaces. I was able to replace a lost card instantly onto my Apple Pay while the physical one was delivered 3 days later.Brilliant service. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
