The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Excellent all round banking

Easy to access online 24/7. Great for banking cheques, international payments made particularly easy. Having got many other accounts with other banks this is definitely the No. 1 for me! Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Ease of use

Instant and easy to you use wherever. On the Business side, the bookeeping facility is a great help. Also and perhaps importantly, there’s a strong ethical stance, which I’m sure will become more transparent as time moves on. Would recommend without hesitation. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Just fantastic

I was a bit sceptical at first but I thought just give starling a chance. I did and have never looked back. The app is easy to use and transactions are smooth. The security is second to non. If you need to speak to someone just phone them and your call is answered quickly by people you can understand, know what they are talking about and very professional and polite. Simple

I used to not trust the Online banking system, but having used this bank for a few months now, I can say that I trust that my money is safe. It meets the requirements of a bank and it is so cool to look at, I love the display, it is easy to understand and sending money is quick and easy. Great bank

Changed to Starling and have never looked back
