SO simple

I feel like most banks overcomplicate everything, but Starling is really accessible and easy to understand. Also it was super easy to chat to the team through their in-app messaging service, so when there was a time I was really concerned about money that might leave my account, that I didn't want to, I reached out to them and they made me feel like I was protected and that they genuinely cared. Everything you need

Clear transparent service provider. A bank account fit and adaptive for the current time. Suitable for people of varying needs ie business, children. Great customer service and a fantastic app. Well done Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Dreadful customer experience.

Reported two unknown transactions which were pending from an unknown vendor I had never heard of, made within minutes of each other. Starling failed to take any action and did not offer any 'customer service' to do anything to understand what the transactions were or herp recover the money. Had to use items solicitor to recover the money from the vendor who admitted the transactions were fraudulent ( IP address was not even from the UK) Starling ( Inc Anne Bodens office) failed to even acknowledge my complaint. A 'bank' which doesn't even fulfil its legal obligations let alone offer decent customer service. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
