The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Fantastic

I've had several accounts through all the traditional providers as well as Monzo and Revolut, Starling is easily the best. The customer service is always quick and friendly. No hidden fees and no complex plans or gimmicks that you need to pay for. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

No Regrets

Starling are no larks...

The account was easy to setup and manage. Paying Cheques in is a breeze. Excellent account. Some improvements would be to allow direct use of the POTs for saving or payments along with a student feature for older students like university. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
