The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Superb

Digital Banking at its best.

This is my first time trying out a digital-only current account and I was sceptical at first. But the Starling Bank did not disappoint me at all. The signup and every other process can be done from the app. If we compare it to some other well-known banks, the app is not half baked at all. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Should have joined sooner

Excellent customer service, better than any high street bank, the best customer service. Everything including all transactions is made simple from setting up payments, deposits including cheques, withdrawals & transfers, cannot find a negative...very impressed.
