The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple,sending & secure.

It is a simple process to open an account, it appears super safe and secure, it is used friendly compared to traditional banking. Plus it is all on my phone. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

THE BANK UNLIKE ANY OTHER BANK...

I can’t imagine a life before Starling, where I was continuously getting ripped off by banks!! I feel as though I should get commission for the amount of times I find myself recommending Starling Bank to family/friends/strangers!! Honestly, everything about them is what a bank should be about. They are unlike any other Bank. Easy application, great app, simple functions that help you stay in control of your money and top for travel. I’ve not had to use customer service yet but I’m sure that’s amazing too! I love how everything is made simple for you as a customer. The app is perfect, so easy to navigate. It notifies you with every transaction and converts the exchange rate if you are abroad. No fees!! Simple to send money, withdraw cash, split bills. Saving goals and tips to help you stay in control. I got Starling after reading reviews from Martin Lewis (Money Saving Expert) on the top accounts and cards for travel. It arrived in 2 days after the pain-free application, in time for a big trip to South Africa. My brother got one at the same time and it made our trip so much easier with splitting bills and making payments between us. I keep it for traveling about UK and abroad and I continue to love it and recommend to everyone who will listen!! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

How banking should be.

From the simple set up process, to the outstanding app, moving my day to day banking to Starling has been the best thing I have ever done. I have never had such visibility and control of my finances as I do now and that is all down to this bank. The couple of occasions I have needed to use their customer service, their staff have been nothing but helpful and questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. They deserve all the awards.
