The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

New to Starling Bsnk

I have just been with Starling Bank for a month. It was do easy to transfer. Their support team is exceptional, they really want to help you. A fabulous customer experience so far, I am delighted. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Easy access and convenient

Starling was by far the easiest bank to set a current account with as a university student. Coupled with their built in round up, saving spaces, and receipt functions, this makes Starling bank an excellent and convenient bank for our digital age. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

The best ever bank I have had an account with.

I find Starling bank a refreshing change from the other banks I been with, as they are an online bank, their app allows you to do many things other banks apps were unable to do. I find the PIN reminder, in the app, quick and easy as I'm very forgetful and don't have to wait a few days for the post. Also being able to choose between £ sterling and €s make life so much easier when dealing with European retails etc. and at a really good exchange rate with low fees. Simple and powerful banking

The best thing is the user experience of the app. Everything is easy to find and the reports about monthly spending are very useful. I love the saving spaces too as they help me portion my money into individual pots to make saving easier. Overall it’s a fantastic bank. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Amazing service & reliable unique bank
