The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

One of the very best accounts

Perfect for travelers. No currency surcharge on debit card purchases or ATM withdrawals, worldwide. Overseas currency payments at cheap as chips prices. A great mobile app. Alerts in the app every time a transactions takes place. Perfect! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Friendly and helpful help.

On the rare occasion that I have to contact Customer Services, they are always friendly and approachable and usually fix my problem there and then. I really like being able to bank on my phone and not have to use a high street branch. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
