Best Mobile Bank

Best mastercard bank I have used and I have tested all the major ones inc monzo etc very well thought out services, easy to create and complete payments I am really happy and grateful that I decided to take a chance an open an account with them to sup up an excllent alternative to the high street. Bowled over when I changed to Starling

It’s true. Over a year ago I moved banks from a well known High Street name to Starling Bank. I thought I’d give it a go after really bad experiences from a well known High Street name I’d been a customer of for nearly 50 years. I never felt valued, but now I do. Starling Bank is a breath of fresh air. I have complete control of my account at all times. Instant notifications of any transactions and a reminder 24 hours in advance when a bill is due to be paid, even telling you if you need to transfer funds in to pay the up and coming bill. Sometimes in the past I’ve forgotten, and the ‘High Street’ bank has appeared to have taken great pride in charging me exorbitant fees and interest. Then they send me an unnecessary letter also costing me money. Since changing to Starling bank over 12 months ago, I have felt in control, never failed to remember a due bill due to their handy text reminders and receive interest from Starling as opposed to incurring charges. I recommended Starling bank to my wife, she’s been a delighted customer for over 9 months now and I transferred my business account to Starling about 6 months ago. Great bank

All the ease of an on-line bank which the high street banks are struggling to achieve. Great when travelling (eventually) excellent exchange rates and instant conversion. All round a great choice. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
