I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best move I have ever made

Have been with Starling just over a year now and it has been the best thing that I have ever done as it is a bank that is on the ball up to the minute information on my money even ahead of time upcoming outgoing events, cheques clear I'm 2 days submitted by photo and 24 7 access to somebody who can help. It is the future of banking for the modern working world, as not many people can get to the high street during open hours, or even call the telephone banking services of the high street Bank that has restricted available hours. I've been with Starling for more than 4 years now and have gradually shifted from a traditional bank to using their services for everything as each time I've needed anything, they've come through more and better than the old banks have.
