The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

The future of banking

Starling’s customer experience is top-tier. The online process is clear and simple, allowing customers to get a (stylish and eco-friendly!) card delivered within a few days. The app is flawless and the operations team always communicate and resolve any issues quickly. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

First class service

I really love starling bank. Their app is excellent, I’ve found it much easier to use than competing app-only banks. It integrates well with third party services and It even has cheque support simply taking a photo. Phone support is available if ever you need it, although it’s very rarely needed. Another thing I appreciate is that they have a clear ethics policy, which cannot be said for competing app-only banks. I can’t recommend them enough, though if I do - they’ll plant a tree through their referral scheme. Which is another bonus point from me! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Does what you need without the phaff

Meaningful and easy to use bank

It took ten minutes to open the current account, plus two minutes to add a Euro account. Impressive. I expect that Starling will improve the tracking and statistics about spending because right now, it is elementary and not influential. Otherwise, I believe this is how banks have to operate in 2021.
