The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking made Simple. Brilliant!

I’ve banked with Starling for a few years now and it’s the best thing I did. My daughter also signed up at 16 and it was a great introduction to banking for young people. Showing them how they spend their money. Just brilliant! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Speaking to humans!

I could not believe when i spotted a false transaction on my account, my heart sunk at having to get into contact with a bank and go through all the king waiting times..... I logged into the app chat function and with in seconds was talking to a knowledgeable easy to talk to representative and my problem was in hand immediately. Seemed too easy to setup and use my accounts. A model for the future of banking.
