The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great bank, easy to open account

21st Century banking

Love the bank. Best feature for me is being able to lodge a cheque through my phone. No mire trekking into town, queuing in a bank and having to deal with menopausal wimmin in branch. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Just works

Made so easy

I am of the older generation and when covid came was not to happy going into banks on the high street so I searched for banking online and also a friend said this bank was perfect so I tried it and I cannot rave about it enough made it so easy for me and everything comes up right away. No fuss, exactly what you need

The account works like a dream both in this country and in Europe. We manage all of our household accounts on this and it’s brilliant. The live online customer service is excellent, too. A couple of time I’ve needed to exceed the 10k daily transfer rate and an exception was managed effortlessly. Bravo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

So easy, everything I need to do my banking is in my phone.

I moved from HSBC as I was looking for more flexibility than they could offer me. The spaces are brilliant, and moving money and paying payees is a doddle. Great customer service too, and the response is personal and quick. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best Bank!!

I only switched to Starling a few months ago and so far they are the best bank I've banked with. Their app is easy to use and navigate, also I can easily see my expenditure and where my money is going. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
