The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great app & modern banking

Poor experience

An incredible bank

I've tried pretty much all of the challenger banks over the last few years, and had used Starling's biggest challenger bank competitor until about a year ago. Hassle free bank, Great app

* Customer service is great; they have got back to me within minutes for changing my password and opening my account. The processes are straightforward. * Great UX on the app; notifications arrive instantly, it is easy to see where money comes and goes, using the app is a pleasant experience. * Easy to get bank statements and report transactions.
