Very easy to use the telephone banking software. Thus far it has worked very well for me. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Great service

I enjoy being able to use my app to manage this account. It is always up to date I can see where my money is going and make savings. I have also had to use customer service just a couple of times and the staff on the phone are the friendliest most helpful people. If they can’t solve problems they call you back and update you. Current Account

Terrible.

Poor customer relations. They prioritise high street banks mistakes by stealing money off their customers. Don’t use this farce of a bank. The day will come when you need to transfer money abroad, when that day comes, be prepared to lose your balance. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021

First class; approachable ; clear; efficient; professional
