The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best Move Ever

Setting up my account was so simple, the team are on hand to deal with anything and are super helpful. I would recommend anyone to use this bank it’s so much simpler to traditional banks and I love their ethos with investments and a passion for the environment. One of the reasons I chose this bank was because of their commitment to the environment and the fact it was so easy to move my bills/direct debits over. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Best among the bests service. By far I could say Starling is the only bank that tops all these categories in UK. Simple, modern interface and useful features

Switched from old world NatWest

Fantastic, no fuss switch to Starling since I wasn't happy with my NatWest account. Super user friendly and easy to use app - customer service have been very helpful when I've needed them. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Works like an app in 2021 should do

Love the security features like getting a notification when there's expenditure and approving online spending however not all spending requires approval? There could also be some slight UX improvements. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
