The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking made easy

From applying for an account to depositing cheques by simply taking a picture, it’s all so easy. The FAQ section is very detailed so if you do have a question, you can actually find the answer! I also love the way you can set up goals for saving and easily put money aside for different purposes. An added bonus is the link you can send to people who owe you money so that they can pay you back by card and without you having to reveal your account details. I love it!

I’ve tried all the ‘new’ banks, call it market research as I work in the industry. It’s difficult to express why Starling is my favourite, yet I find myself using it time and time again. I do use Monzo and Revolut but mainly for transfers in and out where friends have these accounts whereas Starling has been the account I use for my day to day spending. There isn’t one feature or product that draws me to Starling, it’s the whole experience. It just works for me. I love it. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

Full of features, quick

The starling app is amazing. Instant notifications of transactions; ability to add notes and attachments to purchases; auto categorising to monitor overall spending; savings goals that sections money off so it can’t be spent; excellent security features to quickly lock your card. The one main thing that starling has facilitated for me is applying a strict budget, saving me a lot of money - using tools in the app such as categorisation, notes, savings goals, easy visibility of past spending, and notifications of upcoming bills. Great Value

I live abroad for six months of the year and Starling is ideal for me. I can use it at point of sale in different currencies, I can withdraw from ATM's with it with no charges and a great exchange rate. Very happy. Reviewed on: 31st March 2021

Has changed my life for the better!
