Brilliant support team, refreshing design

Lovely bank, trustworthy and their support team have solved queries I've had in the past. Never had any issues and my go to. Easy to send money to others who also have an account (as well as people who don't). Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Great British bank

Starling puts you in control of your cash.

I love how easy it is to track what you spend. As soon as wifi or data is on my phone beeps to let me know how much i have spent. Control over how i want to use my card ie. Online shopping, contactless etc. Lost your card...no problem stop it being used simply by opening the starling app on your phone !! LOVE THIS BANK SO MUCH. I feel like i have control of my finances. Why didn't I join earlier

I switched my account from HSBC a few years ago after getting fed up with HSBC taking too long to do things. I honestly wish is done it earlier as having done it, I've not had one bad experience Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Found this bank by accident

I never heard of this bank until I stumbled across on line. I am so glad I went with my instinct. Great bank, fabulous app, superb security. I am one happy customer. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Star Service

I have been so happy with this account since I opened it a few years ago. Everything works as described and is user friendly, even for those of us in the bus pass generation. Being able to pay in Euros while on holiday is a massive plus for me. I have converted 2 family members to Starling and both are grateful for the heads up. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
