The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Brilliant !!!

Had a great customer experience I was onmmy way on holiday at the airport my starling card failed when buying a coffee, Contacted customer services via the app explained my concern as I was going to my card for my main payment method abroad I was about to board the flight, and by the time I got off the plane my card was fully active Phew !!
