Excellent bank

A superb bank

My experience with Starling has been superb. They put the customer first. They respond immediately. They solve any issues. They do not try and exploit customers like the high street banks do (overcharging, PPI, slow transfers). They keep innovating and improving their offer. Theirs is a happy can-do culture. Best move

I had banked with HSBC since I was 17, so it was a daunting prospect to change banks after so many years. But it has been the best decision I could have made. I love the app and the control I now have. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Great App, great service

I'm very happy with my bank, which has surprised me. My previous service was antiquated - no contactless, no app, poor website. Now I have a great App which is really easy to manage my funds. I've now moved my business account to Starling too. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

So Starling... I don't usually leave reviews; however, if you are going to create an on-line banking platform with, (so far), no tech issues, no delays, no over complicated procedures to obtain a new card when you accidentally used it as an ice scraper... very user friendly

I have an income in euros and was being ripped off by my previous bank on the exchange rate. The Starling account allows me a euro and sterling account with a very generous exchange rate. Should have moved sooner. Easy to use account. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
