Banking perfection

Smart and agile

I have recently joined Starling bank and I think they have really taken the time and effort to understand how people want to bank. The transfer was quick and easy and fits well into modern life. They offer great support through the app. I really like the timely proactivity and ease of connection with my account. For example, having alerts on my spending and the resulting balance of funds, which allow me to have a much better awareness of what is happening with my money. This also allows me to decide if I have the funds to make that spur of the moment purchase! Very clever and a bit of a breath of fresh air. Hopefully they stay at the cutting edge of banking to remain relevant and able to delight us, the customers. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

My personal bank

A superb bank

My experience with Starling has been superb. They put the customer first. They respond immediately. They solve any issues. They do not try and exploit customers like the high street banks do (overcharging, PPI, slow transfers). They keep innovating and improving their offer. Theirs is a happy can-do culture. Best move

I had banked with HSBC since I was 17, so it was a daunting prospect to change banks after so many years. But it has been the best decision I could have made. I love the app and the control I now have. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Great App, great service

I'm very happy with my bank, which has surprised me. My previous service was antiquated - no contactless, no app, poor website. Now I have a great App which is really easy to manage my funds. I've now moved my business account to Starling too. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
