The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Excellent easy to use banking!

Starling makes it so easy for you to see how much you spend and where - making it easy to budget each month. The saving goals are brilliant too - and it makes it easier to reach your goals with rounding up your spending. Nice app features

I opened a starling account based on a recommendation, but still have my previous main current account because I have an interest free overdraft with them. Starling helps me to budget. I have a whole other account for food/groceries that I’ve set a direct debit or standing order to transfer a set amount each monday. And i have pockets where I automatically transfer each month when i get paid, my rent and car fuel costs and maybe i will create more spaces for other things, so I know i will have enough to cover my bills for that month :) Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

A bank account worth waiting for

Easy to set up an account. I've wanted a card to use abroad. I like the way I can keep track of all transactions immediately. I've already recommended this account to my partner who has the app on his iPad. Handy to see my account online too. Customer services have always been excellent throughout.
