I was put on to starling from my friends in Thailand who said it provided to best currency exchange rate on their card payments - no brainier I signed up Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Easy and reliable

Best bank for my needs

Phew!

A few moths ago I had and 'old age' moment when I revealed my bank details to an email. I realised pretty quickly my error and immediately contacted the bank. I was panicking , assuming account would be emptied. The staff member who dealt with me was calm, efficient, reassuring and kind. She cancelled the card, ordered a new one a put my mind at ease.
