Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Simple, easy and efficient.

Joined Starling a couple of years ago and find them excellent. Never had a problem and any queries I have had have been responded to very quickly. For overseas travel (remember that?) they are so efficient. Can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Easy to use here and abroad

Simple effective and saves me money

Cant speak highly enough about the way in which my spending is better with Starling than it was with my other current account supplier (First Direct). The lack of charges for foreign currency purchases makes this a no brainer for me. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Accessible, prompt, efficient, on-line bank

When I decided to open an account with Starling Bank, because I am disabled and wanted an on-line only account, I was impressed with the media articles I read and, hence, chose them to proceed with. Opening the account was easy and the proof-of-ID video reassuring. My account was open and ready to use very quickly and I received my debit card in the post in advance of the indicated date for receipt. As a disabled person, it was great (and easier) not to have to go to a cash point to initialize the card. The app is easy to use and I have found setting up and making new payments problem free. Well done all round to Starling Bank - they have my vote and are worthy of the winner's prize! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
