The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy to use and all from an app

I wasn't 100% sure about doing all my banking from an app but I took the plunge and opened a Starling account on the advice of a friend. I haven't looked back, I love it, so easy to use, set up payments, send money, get your balance and having a virtual debit card is great. Why did I wait so long to change banks?

Starling offers me everything I want from an online bank pkus things I didn't know I needed, such as Round Up. Movement on the account is notified almost instantly. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Awesome

Love the ability to save the change and have multiple pots. Switching over was easy and the tagging helps me see where my money goes. Very secure with authorisation using phone app when making new large payments online. Love being able to freeze my card when I have misplaced my wallet in yet another coat. Changing banks

I opened a Starling account after experiencing difficulties with my previous bank. It was quick, easy and entirely problem free. When asked for feedback, I requested that the app be available in landscape view. It was done within a couple of weeks. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Very impressed
