Easy to use

Easy and convenient especially when on holidays

I like the idea of being able to use my card abroad without being charged for using it. What I was looking for for a long time. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Simple straightforward and free.

So very easy to use the app and no monthly fee on my account. When I go abroad I will be able to use my card without the charges many other banks make. The use of an overdraft at reasonable rates has proved very helpful. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Best Bank Account Uk

Simple, straight forward and LOVE the savings spaces facility!

What's not to like? No monthly charge, cash deposits at the post office, one tap transfer to my family's Starling accounts, can "hide" my savings in dedicated spaces within the app, great link in Marketplace to other providers meaning I can see my pension and my ISAs on my banking app, plus a parallel Euro account that uses the same depth card..... will be perfect once they allow me to set up a Dollar account too (sadly only available to business users at the moment but I'm hopeful!) Online Bank with a Face to Face feel

though the bank is all online, I have had a couple of problems that needed face to face, however the app and the responses are very good and quick enough to actually be decisive when i have needed some help. highly recommended and i have got a few people onto this account already. excellent, I am happy to recommend it to be honest.
