Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Making excellent use of new tech

At last a bank that’s not stuck in the dark ages. Instant notifications even if it’s the weekend. Card controls means I’m always aware of what’s going on with my account and can take action if required. Leaving your card behind the bar when you open a tab, no problem - just disable it until you’re ready to pay. I’ve used customer services via the app once and everything was resolved in minutes. The best bank for young people

Banking as it should be.

Much easier than all the competition to use, more flexible and altogether a good hassle free experience. Also, you don't need a degree in "underwater stoat strangling" to use it! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Focused on customer

Everything works really easily and is clearly set up with keeping the customer happy and able to do things in mind, rather than making things overly complex or just out of 'traditional working practices'. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Quick, Simple and Safe

I chose Starling after reading reviews and looking into it history. I was surprised how easy it is to use and how quick it is to send or receive money. I love the 'spaces' idea and I use two spaces to save money for holiday spends and holiday food. I can easily send a Starling request for money to my daughter through WhatsApp and within seconds of my daughter completing her end the money is in my account and is easily moved to our space for holiday spends. I also transfer money from my High Street bank into my Starling account and again it is quick, simple and safe. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Easy and Convenient

Current account with a linked Euro account all on one card, so easy to use and pay bills in Euros or sterling depending on where I am. Instant notification of spending and ability to pay smaller cheques in via app make for a service that is easy and practical without needing to visit a physical bank. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Banking In The 21st Century
