The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Totally brilliant !

After years of being with a highstreet bank I decided to switch to online only . I hated having to drive to the next town to queue for ages to use a machine or to sort out something simple with a cashier. Starling is amazing to use,the app keeps me updated with all my transactions, and always easily accessible for my day to day needs . Wish I'd switched sooner . Couldn't recommend more 5 stars !!!! Just the easiest experience

I used the automatic account transfer service they offer to make starling my main account - it worked perfectly and I didn’t have to check on anything. I love the interface and the ease with which I can see all my spendings, and go back and recategorise/add notes to outgoings so I can remember what they are. More reliable, trustworthy than high street banks I've been forced to keep my money with in the past

Starling have made my day-to-day life easier, with x2 accounts and all my savings now with them. I was with HSBC for 15+ years prior, and their approach was out of date then. Goodbye 45 minutes on hold. Hello instant chat and speedy resolution for my issue. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
