From a Student's point of view

Convenience and ease-to-use are the two major drivers I value when banking. I had previously used HSBC and Barclays, and I simply cannot wrap my head around why they don't have an app like Starling's. Seems so simple

Never too much hassle.

Honestly I’ve never been with a bank that’s so easy to deal with, granted I’ve only had to call a couple of times but each time was easy, no issues and they couldn’t do enough on the other end of the phone. The app is diaper simple too. Reviewed on: 27th March 2021
