Simple, safe and convenient

Exactly as the title suggests, the app and its services are simple and intuitive to use. It feels safe abs secure (love that I can use the app to authorise online payments). And it’s incredibly quick and convenient for all my basic banking needs. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Most simple way of banking.

So simple from opening the account. Switching service. Excellent customer service from the app. They listen to their customers. They actively communicate and respond to social media messages. Best Bank Forever!

Having been with a major high street bank for almost 10 years, switching to Starling was an exciting but nervous time. Starlings current account is packed full of features but missing was most competitors have, a branch! However I truly believe Starling is the best bank and will be for a long time. Being able to do literally everything you could ever need to do on the app is so convenient, and it is well designed so easy to use. And if you would ever need to contact customer services (not likely) then that is super easy too. I switched to Starling as they were voted Best British Bank three years running so I hope that they make it four! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Simply like-minded...

Since switching to Starling from Lloyds I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of updates and new features Starling are rolling out, not forget the simplicity of using them all. The app in general is brilliant, I especially love the new update in which you can pull the transactions up from the bottom of the screen, just looks really clean looking! Keep bringing out the new features and updates guys, you're already miles ahead compared to other banks, let's keep it going! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Great Switch

Moved away from big banks, moved joint account over too. Won vs the other challengers due to features available. App lacks vs others in some areas but not enough to make me want to switch for a while. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
