The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple, painless, straightforward

Welcome to banking in the 21st century. I moved away from my previous bank when they advised me that the only way to complete a particular transaction was to phone them. Phone them? Banking like never before

Opened a functional banking account in less than 5 minutes. As an international student in the UK, this meantv the world to me as I couldn't meet the requirements set by the traditional banks. With Starling, I can do everything banking and more from my phone! I can save, keep track of my spending, set up direct debits and lots more! The mobile app is so easy to navigate. Customer service

I remember when I really wanted an account as I heard great things about their customer service and how they support you. Because my account kept on getting declined as I was applying, i then phoned their customer service and a lady helped me and within a few minutes I had an account. Refreshing experience

Having banked with 2 other Uk banks and one in Spain in recent years, Starling has been brilliant, from the signing up process, transfer of account, fantastic mobile App through to customer service. And I love the linked Euro account. Can’t find any faults and highly recommend. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
