I have been absolutely thrilled with both my and my wifes accounts. essential for travelling in europe. We literally save dover 10% compared to friends just using a standard UK highstreet card in portugal. been using the app to trabsfer money from sterling to euro account then to my portuguese account as buying a house here. literally saving £12k compared to doing through halifax!!! getting a better rate than transfer companies too!! absolutely delighted in all aspects including customer service. closing my other accounts now, will just bank with sterling. top marks! My partner and myself had both already opened a personal account with Starling a few months ago and were impressed by the features and transparency of managing our money and how the information is presented. We decide to move our joint account to Starling, and it was the BEST experience we've ever had of how banks can use technology to make banking easy and quick.
