Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

User friendly

As a current account it's perfect.

I've been a Starling customer for a few years now and several features stand out for me - The customer service has always been, quick, helpful and on point. The app itself is very easy to use (although like with all apps when it's upgraded, there's always something in a different place or menu that takes a while to find). There are no fee's even when you use the card abroad. And although the interest rate has reduced, you still get something, which is a great deal better than nothing, which is what a lot of current accounts give. If they had a linked savings account that gave a market matching rate of interest I'd go so far as to say they'd be the perfect bank, but alas my savings are elsewhere. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Simple quick easy

Everything seems so quick and easy with Starling. Any help I’ve needed they’ve been so responsive. Puts “traditional high street” banks to shame. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

I wouldn't recommend this "bank"

I would not recommend this Bank. there is no seriousness or devotion! My account its CLEAR, i have only one Transaction in. I didn't done anything wrong, but they still Restricted or Blocked my account becouse i cannot make any payment, i cannot Update my details and all of this for what? I'm clear, there's no reason to restrict my account! I think I wrote to you and I called you more than 10 times, about 4-5 days have passed since I asked you to change the address in the account and details about the Account Restriction, you did not answer me, I do not think that you will. therefore, GOODBYE STARLING Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

The Best Bank Ever

Since I opened my Starling Account I haven't once had any problems or issues with it so I haven't needed to contact customer services and I have had my account over a year and if I did need to contact them am sure they would be very helpful Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Amazing features that I didn't know a bank could offer

For the first time in 30 years, I have begun to save. All because of the quick and easy to use features of the starling account app. Easy to send money, easy to round up save and easy to view where you're spending money. I had Halifax for over a decade and I'd NEVER go back after using starling bank. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Next gen banking

I have been very pleased at Starling bank. Their app is leagues ahead of Natwest and others. Their whole opertaion seems much slicker and functional. Great having a Euro account option too. Great job, keep it up. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
