Simple no messing

Great bank ethos and super app

Been banking with the same major high street bank for over 40 years and made the decision to give Starling a go. After just a couple of months I closed my other accounts and moved everything to Starling. The app is brilliant, easy, innovative, forward thinking.... Alerts are instant. It is a breathe of fresh air after years of corporate, generic letters, rigidity and banking with fat cats. I am so pleased I made the move. Very good online bank

Right from the initial setup process of my dual current and business account, I found the service really simple and easy to do. I love the banking app. You can easily set up saving pots and add notes to the transactions. I love Starling. Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Moved from M&S

When M&S announced they were closing all current accounts there was only one bank we considered for our joint account. The same bank where I have a business and personal account - Starling of course! Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Simple effective clear banking

So easy

Decided after reading reviews to join Starling Bank. So easy to set up, close my old account and they transferred everything over. Customer service excellent and fulfilled my request quickly. I have recommended a fried to join and they are also delighted. Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Great Bank, could do with some minor changes.

Overall I love the app and the experience, but there are a few small problems here and there that could do with some changing. Like be able to change to category of the money that comes in and out permanently, not separately for each transaction. And a few other things, but Overall love the experience.
