Completely changed my personal finances

To be honest I do not quite understand what it is about Starling that had such a dramatic effect on my personal finances, but something about them has. Before I joined Starling my finances were awful, i could never make ends meet, was always broke, and regularly missed payments. Since I switched I have always had money left at the end of the month, and have never missed a payment. A remarkable turnaround, and a relief and removal of so much stress. Amazing

A digital bank that sets the standard

Starling sets the standard for how modern, digital, banks should be. I've recently switched from Monzo as I felt they lost the personal touch I needed from a bank, focusing on making money with non-essential features (I mean a shiny card?!). Starling brings back the personal touch I need with the focus on pure banking. I'm so glad to have switched! Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

So easy to use

Amazing

Took out account initially on Martin Lewis recommendation for using on holiday as no exchange rate fees and good exchange rate- so impressed am now transferring my current account with another bank over and this will be my main current account Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Starling Bank is definitely making money equal

Starling bank has improved my spending and the switching from nationwide I couldn’t be anymore happier! I also am able to get my little brother a starling’s ‘kite’ card for just £2 a month! Best bank going

Starling bank do banking incredibly well. They are by far the best bank I have ever been with. Their customer service is easy to access, and the way you can analyse your spending is fantastic. I like the “spaces” feature where you can allocate money for various different things, and not have to worry about spending it. But by far the best thing is the way in which transactions are processed straight away. I don’t need to remember that I spent £30 three days ago, and therefore can’t afford the takeaway I want tonight. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021
